World Class Woodhaven

Woodhaven Lexus Toyota's World Class technicians. From left to right: Randy Richot, Don Evans and Bryan LivingstonJune 22, 2010 - What do Randy Richot, Don Evans, and Bryan Livingston all have in common? They all work at Woodhaven Lexus Toyota, and they’ve all been recognized for excellence in their respective departments. Both Randy and Don work on the Parts Team, where they coordinate with customers and technicians to order the correct parts for vehicle repairs, while Bryan is a Lexus-Toyota technician, and the Shop Foreman.

Each year, Toyota runs nationwide contests to determine the most skilled employees at their positions. A few years back, Bryan Livingston won the regional technicians competition, and ended up winning the national competition as well. In 2007, Randy Richot won both regional and national competitions for parts, and the very next year, his counterpart Don Evans became National Champion. For these victories, each employee received a trip to Japan, where they toured Toyota headquarters, and were honoured at a ceremony where they each met longtime Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation, Shoichiro Toyoda.

Based on these success stories, it’s fair to say that Woodhaven Toyota boasts some of the best parts and service people in the entire country. And not only do they display tremendous aptitude, but Woodhaven’s technicians also offer a wealth of experience. Between Bryan Livingston, Don Garlinski, Garry Sweeting, Patrick Lam, and the entire team of technicians, there is nearly 200 years of experience in our service shop. That means that if your car has a problem, chances are they’ve seen it before – several times – and they’ll fix it right the first time. Yet another reason why you can trust the people at Woodhaven Lexus Toyota with all of your automotive needs.
